Shipping Instructions

After completing your checkout, you’ll receive a prepaid UPS Ground shipping label via email. Simply print the label, pack your items, and drop them off at any UPS location.

How to Ship Your Items

  1. Print your label — Check your email for the prepaid UPS shipping label. If you can’t print right away, the label link is also in your confirmation email
  2. Pack your items carefully — Use a sturdy box and plenty of cushioning material
  3. Attach the label — Affix it securely to the outside of the package
  4. Drop off at UPS — Take your package to any UPS Store or UPS drop-off location. We recommend getting a receipt!

Important Details

  • We pay all shipping costs — Your prepaid label covers everything
  • Labels are valid for 30 days — After 30 days, you’ll need to check out again for updated pricing and a new label
  • Ship as many items as you want — Add multiple devices and models to your order
  • U.S. shipping only — Prepaid labels are only valid within the United States

Can’t Print Your Label?

No worries! You can print at your local library, UPS Store, FedEx Office, or other print shop. If you’re unable to print at all, email us at info@techpayout.com with your order number and we’ll mail you a shipping label free of charge.

Packaging Tips

  • Use a sturdy box — New boxes offer the best protection. If reusing a box, cover all old labels and barcodes with a permanent marker
  • Wrap items individually — Use bubble wrap, inflatable packaging, packing peanuts, or crumpled paper
  • Seal securely — Apply three strips of packing tape to both the top and bottom flaps of the box
  • Remove SIM and SD cards — TechPayout is not responsible for cards left in devices
