How to Factory Reset Your Palm Phone
Before You Reset
- Deactivate your phone from your carrier (this may have been done automatically when you upgraded)
- Remove any passcodes or locks
- Delete personal information from the device
Factory Reset
Palm devices can be reset through the device’s settings menu. Navigate to your device settings and look for the “Reset” or “Erase” option. The exact location varies by Palm model.
