How to Factory Reset Your LG Phone
Factory Reset Steps
- Press the Home button
- Open Settings
- Navigate to General > Backup & Reset (or Privacy on older models)
- Tap Factory Data Reset
- Confirm by tapping Reset Phone
Before You Reset
- Back up important data
- Deactivate your phone from your carrier
- Remove any passcodes or locks
- Sign out of your Google account to disable Factory Reset Protection
