How to Factory Reset Your Kyocera Phone

Factory Reset Steps

  1. From the home screen, select Menu
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy
  3. Tap Factory Data Reset
  4. Select Reset Phone
  5. Enter your password if prompted
  6. Confirm by selecting Erase Everything

Before You Reset

  • Deactivate your phone from your carrier
  • Remove any passcodes or locks
  • Delete personal information
