How to Factory Reset Your HTC Phone
Factory Reset Steps
- Open the Menu
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to Privacy (or Backup & Reset)
- Tap Factory Data Reset
- Confirm the reset
Before You Reset
- Back up important data
- Deactivate your phone from your carrier
- Remove any passcodes or locks
- Sign out of your Google account
