How to Factory Reset Your Casio G’zOne Phone
Factory Reset Steps
- Navigate to Menu > Settings & Tools > OK
- Select Phone Settings > Security
- Enter your four-digit Lock Code and press OK
- Select Restore Phone
- Confirm the warning message by selecting Yes and pressing OK
- When another message appears, press OK again
- Re-enter your four-digit code and press OK
Before You Reset
- Deactivate your phone from your carrier
- Remove any passcodes or locks
- Delete personal information
